Our accessibility approach

We aim to follow recognised accessibility good practice and work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable.

What we are doing

We aim to use clear headings and page structure, readable colour contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, meaningful link text, responsive layouts, descriptive alternative text for informative images, and forms with understandable labels and instructions.

We also aim to keep language clear and layouts consistent so information is easier to find and understand across desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Third-party content

Some parts of the website may depend on third-party services, embedded content, social platforms, video, maps, analytics, booking tools or other external technology. We may not have full control over the accessibility of those services.

Known limitations and continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Because the website changes as new pages, posts, speaker profiles and media are added, some content may not always meet every accessibility requirement immediately. We review and improve issues when they are identified.
